13 Five Focus lights (big size)
14 Sufficient lighting on the building adds to the ambience.
15 Any extra lighting or tenting from outside is not allowed
16 Tenting , Lighting & Florists job will be provided by the Palace.


Terms and Conditions

1.Advance 50%, Balance 2 days before the date of function.
2.Orchestra Timings (Day 2-00 P.M.,Night 11-00 P.M) as per D.C Patiala Orders
3.Customer will have to pay the charges for any damage to the Palace Property.
4.Customer is responsible for his/her own goods.                                                      
5. Timings for function
1. Day 8-00 A.M to 4-00 P.M.
2. Night 8-00 P.M to 4-00 A.M.
 

6. Advance wll not be refundable on cancellation of the booking.
7. All matters subject to Patiala Court Jurisdiction
8. Drinks are allowed in Palace only with Written Permission from Excise Dept.
9. Sound and Orchestra only with the Permission of S.D.M
10.No arms or ammunition is allowed inside the Palace
